Sleepr

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you register for or use Sleepr, a website for requesting camp accommodation. It is run by Shaun Clark for the ACJV camp admin team. By registering, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

Give your real name, work email and the company you work for. Every account is approved by an ACJV Campadmin, who sets your role and company. Keep your password private, do not share your account, and tell the admin team straight away if someone else may have used it. The only exception is the shared Campadmin account, which only members of the camp admin team may use.

2. Roles

An ACJV Campadmin sees all bookings and requests, decides them, and can book on behalf of anyone. An ACJV crew admin books for people in their team and sees only the people they booked or a Campadmin has added. A Subcontractor admin sees all bookings at their own company and books for anyone there. A Resident sees only their own bookings and books only for themself.

3. Booking for other people

If you book for someone else, you confirm you are allowed to, that they work for your company or team, or that you are an ACJV Campadmin booking on their behalf, that their details are correct, and that you have told them their name, mobile, email and work group are being given to Sleepr and where to read the Privacy Policy.

4. Requests are not guaranteed

A booking is only a request until the admin team accepts it. They decide each person separately and may accept, waitlist or reject. A place on the waitlist does not guarantee a bed.

5. Changes and cancellations

A change to a confirmed booking must be approved again, and the existing booking stays in place unless the change is accepted. You can cancel through Sleepr, and nights already stayed stay on record. Any charges are covered by your company’s own agreement, not these terms.

6. Using Sleepr properly

Use Sleepr only to arrange camp accommodation. Do not try to see information your role does not allow, or interfere with the site. Only put what the admin team needs in Notes, and no medical details unless the person has agreed. Camp rules and site requirements still apply to you.

7. Suspending accounts

The admin team may change your role, or suspend or close your account, if you break these terms or no longer need access.

8. Availability and liability

Sleepr may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors, so check your confirmation email before you travel. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, Shaun Clark is not liable for indirect loss from using Sleepr.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and will tell you by email or when you next sign in if a change is significant.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Questions go to merotheriecamp@acjv-cwo.com.au.
